LOCATION

Situated in an ideal position on the hillside of the fishing village of Labuan Bajo, many guests enjoy taking peaceful strolls in the local surroundings. There are a selection of small restaurants within walking distance of the villa.

The surrounding gardens have been tastefully planted and landscaped to nestle in to the natural habitat. All staff quarters are tucked away from the villa to ensure total privacy. The 12m & 15m swimming pools command complete privacy for the guests to relax & cool off.

DESCRIPTION

Flat roofed wooden villas are architecturally designed to fit unobtrusively into their green surroundings. It’s a complete WOW factor when you open the front door, straight into a spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen & continuing out to the most amazing view. With wooden floorboards, soft padded lounges & throw rugs the living area also has a large smart TV.

Villa Satu has 7 bedrooms, upstairs is where the master bedroom is with 2 other ensuite bedrooms situated behind it. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms all with sea views.

Villa Dua has 2 large airconditioned ensuite bedrooms upstairs. There are three more air-conditioned bedrooms downstairs 2 being double rooms & 1either as a family room or 4 single beds.

All downstairs bedrooms come with beautiful views over the swimming pool into the green tree tops also all with their own ensuite bathrooms.

The lap pools but up to the lower deck where the bedrooms look out on to. Sunbeds are set up along the side of the pools & relaxing bean bags are dotted around. There is plenty room for everyone to sit or lie back & relax taking in the sun.

The modern, fully equipped kitchens have stylish large granite breakfast bars with 4 kitchen stools and the dining tables adjacent seats up to 14 & 12 guests. A personal cook will be there every morning to serve breakfast.

Folding glass doors open onto a wooden deck with occasional seating areas & a BBQ. This is the place to kick back with a cocktail and watch stunning sunsets at dusk.

Featuring the two terraces incorporating the BBQ area, a large garden and beautiful pool, Paradise Garage makes a wonderful setting for special celebrations, family vacations, or exclusive escapes with friends.
